Terms of trade
Prices are in local currency. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. Please keep it for your records. Les Mills online booking and webshop can only be used by Les Mills licensed clubs and instructors after receiving username and password.
Credit cards
We accept the following cards: VISA and MASTERCARD. We cooperate with SEB, Euroline and SAMPORT to guarantee 100 % security. We use secure encryption technology (SSL) to keep your information confidential. Les Mills do not keep any records of credit card information. The money is withdrawn within 24 hours from the time of purchase. No extra charges are added when you pay with credit card. All transactions are made through 3-D Secure™, a XML-based protocol to allow authentication of cardholders of credit card companies in e-payment transactions.
Invoice
Les Mills’ licensees can be invoiced. The invoice should be paid within 20 days. Instructors authorized by the licensee can book trainings and purchase program kits, and the invoice will be sent to the licensee. Les Mills regular terms of trade apply to bookings and purchases made online.
Cancellation policy for workshops and training courses
You can cancel your booking of workshops and training courses up until 14 days prior to course start without being invoiced. If you have paid with credit card, we will refund the full amount. If you cancel later than 14 days prior to course start you will be invoiced the full fee (or charged via credit card), unless you present a doctor’s certificate stating you were unable to attend the course. You will then be refunded the full amount. If you cancel a quarterly workshop you will be refunded, and you have to order your program-kit in the webshop instead. Cancellations must be in writing to Les Mills at Narvavägen 12, 115 22 Stockholm, Sweden, or via email to lesmills@lesmills.net. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation.
Return policy
You can return unopened or damaged merchandise within 14 days and be refunded 100 %. You will only have to pay the return postage.
Freight and VAT
Freight and VAT will be added when applicable. You will always see freight and VAT charges before you finalize your order.
Note: For merchandise shipped to Norway, toll and VAT will be added seperately.
